My REVISED, REVISED Bio
I am a 42y/o mother of four girls and am currently serving in Smyrna TN - I plan to retire from the Navy in the Summer of 2011. I have made a lot of progress since this past summer, when I was at my heaviest. Since my transfer then, I have lost almost twenty pounds (even though the holidays set me back a few, LOL!)
I feel great and I look better than I have in a while. And yes...
I want to be HOT again! FINE, SEXY, etc., you get the picture (nothing in this last sentence has changed - and looks like it never will, LOL!).

My REVISED Bio
I am a 41y/o mother of four girls and am currently serving in Pensacola. I am happily married and have been in the Navy for over 22 years. Even though I am ALMOST half way to my goal weight - I am disappointed that it took an entire year! So, now I am STILL 12 pounds over weight, but alot happier with myself than I was this time last year. I am hoping to lose this weight so that I can feel EVEN better about myself...blah, blah, blah! Hell, who am I kidding, I want to be HOT again! FINE, SEXY, etc., you get the picture (nothing in this last sentence has changed - LOL!).
My Bio and Pic 2008
I am a 40y/o mother of four girls and am currently a full time student at San Diego State University. I am happily married and have been in the Navy for over 21 years. For the past year and a half I have struggled to get my thryoid under control and am happy to announce that my latest blood work came back within normal limits. So, now I am 20 pounds over weight and miserable. I am hoping to lose this weight so that I can feel better about myself...blah, blah, blah! Hell, who am I kidding, I want to be HOT again! FINE, SEXY, etc., you get the picture.

Damn It, but I am not really surprised. I feel leaner and I look better, I think. This week I will do my increased cardio five times and my weight training three times and core traning five times. School starts this week for me so, I will be adjusting - this is something you guys have done since the start.
leigh ann I am glad you feel leaner it helps so much when we feel some progress!! Good luck with school!!! I am so loving taking a semester off and can not wait to get baby girl home and LOVE on her all day long!!
I bet, I can't imagine the wait. I am hoping to see some results on the scale soon. Thanks for the encouragement.
